Gridlife 2018

Last year was a blast, so when they announced the date for 2018 I made sure to get off work.

This might be my favorite drift car ever. I kinda want one with an LS.

Vaughn was killing it as always.

The GT-4586 is always cool to see.

Don’t mind the sensor dirt.

This wheel came flying at us. Nobody was ever in any danger, but it was quite funny to see this wheel rolling down the track. This guy stopped it and then handed it back.

This GTR was beautiful.

Peep the 3 wheelin’ here.

Big shoutout to my buddy Andy for grabbing this photo of me.

The Falken team always represents well.

Cory Hosford always puts on a show. And has one of the more beautiful cars out there.

Savanna Little is always an inspiration.

Tent city.

A little bit of carnage.

After the on track action and some grilling, we headed out to the concert. I don’t typically shoot music, so i always end up with what I view are unique shots compared to concert photographers.

Every year one of the concert photographs end up being one of my favorite. This is one of my favorite shots from the weekend.

We woke up to rain on Saturday morning. While it does put a damper on the track stuff, drifting in the rain does make for some cool photos.

If I owned a S2k.

Oh how I love track prepped Evo’s.

The days rain caused the camping area to become a mud pit.

An absolute mud pit. They had to block off the rows from cars driving as multiple people got stuck.

This is what the trackside looked like every time the drifting session started.

T-Rex was pissed as he couldn’t get his beer into his mouth.

Got a chance to meet up with my friend Tayla and shot some photos of her.

This years festivities included mud drags.

Saturday nights headliner was Wacka Flocka.

And just like that the weekend was over. Sunday morning we cleaned up camp and hit the road. Once again Gridlife exceeded all expectations. I already can’t wait for next year.
